15th Anniversary Season Appeal

'SATTF receives no form of public subsidy; and in the present financial climate funds from commercial sponsors and charitable trusts are ever more difficult to find. So the support of individuals is critical to our survival. We have therefore launched a 15th Anniversary appeal to raise a vital £15,000 to support our 15th Season and help to secure our work into the future.' Artistic Director, Andrew Hilton

Why Support SATTF:

SATTF is a not-for-profit, unsubsidised company which means that every penny from ticket sales, Friendship subscriptions , Patronage, Corporate Sponsorship, and Trust and Grant Support  is spent on producing the season's shows and delivering our unique and sought after Education Programme.

 - Theatre of the kind we produce, with large casts in a studio space, always struggles to break even. We survive only by keeping administration to a minimum and our wages at below industry and union norms.

 - SATTF is committed to supporting the development of emerging artists through our Season Workshops, Graduate and Apprentice Actor schemes and work experience placements.

 - The company is now recognised as one of the UK's leading Classical Theatre Companies and continues to offer opportunities at the highest level to gifted actors, designers and technicians.

 - Our presence at the Tobacco Factory Theatre has played a key role in the transformation of this once deprived area of South Bristol and helps to continue to do so.

By Supporting SATTF you will have a direct impact on the company and ensure the development and continuation of our work. Please click on the 'Support Us' menu at the side of this page for further information
